My business coach gave me specific instructions over the next two weeks.
I’m under orders to take some time and plan, think, strategize, think some more, and ultimately come into the new year with a plan for 2021.
This is a messy process for me, as I think it should be.
You start with the end in mind. You decide on your “ultimate outcome” and then you work backwards to figure out the steps you need to get there.
Also, you have to incorporate your “why.”
No one does anything without a reason. Having my ultimate outcome attached to a purpose is the only way to truly see the results. No matter how audacious a goal, no one will ever achieve it if there isn’t a significant enough reason to do so. It’s human nature. We need purpose and reason attached to our actions.
That’s what I’m doing today.
