This morning, I’ll break down my 2025 world domination plan.

1. Everything Starts and Ends With My Agency
My new company, The Shop AI, is a marketing and growth agency that works with high-growth companies.
This time, I’m learning from past mistakes. I am only working with accounts that can afford my top-dollar fee. My goal is to reach $200K MRR by the end of 2025.
2. Hit $4M Direct Revenue in My PHC
There’s only so much I can control here because I am not the main operator for most of the companies I invest in. This is why my focus remains on my agency—I can control what happens there.
Even so, it’s important to set targets. This year, my target is $4M in net revenue into Stoddart LLC, my personal co-op that owns equity in all my investments.
I’m not too concerned this year with adding more companies into my portfolio, but rather I want to sit on the dividends and patiently wait for bigger opportunities.
My ultimate goal is $10M annually, and I’ll get there soon enough. If I hit $4M in personal net revenue this year, that will be a huge success.

3. Triple Down on Lead Generation
For the last 10 years, I’ve built a name for myself in the lead generation space.
The way I see it, “Trends come and go, but leads are forever.”
Almost every company needs leads, and few know how to generate them. This year, I’m narrowing my focus to build out a lead generation empire. Traditionally, I’ve worked in behavioral health, but I’m expanding into other industries I’ve written about extensively.
4. Continue to Grow My Personal Brand
I think I’ve figured out the system.
A personal brand isn’t a business—it’s a tool for promoting opportunities. The Incubator is a hit because it’s affordable and simple.
My focus is to grow my reach. Specifically, my goals are:
50,000 daily newsletter subscribers
100,000 YouTube subscribers
200,000 LinkedIn followers
1 speaking engagement per quarter
As long as I don’t take my personal brand too seriously, opportunities will present themselves. People get into trouble when they try to turn their personal brands into businesses instead of using them for self-promotion.
5. Become an Expert in AI
This is my “fun project.”
I’m fascinated by AI. Every day, new information comes out, and I want to learn everything I can.
I’ve always said the best way to learn is to write about something, so I’m starting a daily newsletter about AI.
The newsletter will be short and direct, with bullet points of articles, tweets, and videos. Most AI content focuses on high-level news—Elon, OpenAI, Nvidia, and the US-China tech war. While that information has its place, my goal is to create a newsletter that speaks to people at their level, showing how AI can improve lives and grow businesses.
That’s why I’m calling it AI for Normal People. I’ll start on Substack to get the wheels turning and may move to BeeHiiv later if I need automations.
As part of the newsletter, I plan to do video interviews with AI company founders to learn about new tools.
Or maybe not. We’ll see.
6. Other Goals
Help Charles execute his vision for Copyblogger.
Get The Census back to growth and hit 20,000 subscribers.
Help Jules sell out her breathwork events.
Earn my blue shirt in Muay Thai.
Deadlift 315 pounds again.
Build a studio or space for Jules and me.
Pay off my Nashville house completely.
Take four overseas trips (some with the kids, some just with Jules and me).
The Priority
This year is about focus. As I continue to build my team, my day-to-day revolves around task management, creating content, talking with clients, making sales, and building lead generation campaigns.
Everything else depends on building a great team and system.
