Ever since I first started lifting, I always wanted to squat two plates.
Today, I finally did it.
My legs still have so much left in them. It was heavy, but I hardly struggled at all. Obviously, the fear of pushing it too hard is re herniating my back.
I am taking the W. I’ll probably stick with this weight for the rest of the year.
But I did it. I’m really proud and pumped about it.
