Thanks for hanging in there with me. It’s not that I don’t love writing, I’m just in a weird phase in my life where I am trying to see how much progress I can make while doing as little as possible.
I still have plans to write in the blank page for the rest of my life. So don’t you worry.
But, this issue isn’t about you, it’s about me.
I set a new back squat personal record today.
235 pounds.
The thing is, it still feels pretty easy. I know I have a lot more left in me, but with my back I have promised myself to take it easy and make leaps in tiny increments at a time.
Still, I’m pumped about it. Feel free to congratulate me.
