Another Great Day
I slept until, (wait for it) 6:10.
Hell. Yes.
Lot’s to talk about. Let’s get to the good parts.
The day started with what was probably the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. We went to The Little Lion. It was delicious. We were too mesmerized by our meals to think about taking pictures, but the place was adorable.
Then, we went to the beach.
Jules is insisting that I post my James Bond picture. When I got closer to her, I could see in her face that she was snapping pictures of me. I’m a man of the people, and I like to give the people what they want.
Afterwards, Jules absolutely passed out on the beach and I laid in the sand for about an hour reading my book. The way I read is that I have a morning book and a nighttime book. Usually, I’m up for about 30 - 40 minutes each night reading my night time book. As such, I’ve been reading the Bourne Identity. It’s great.
The problem is that these little monster children have been making my life so intense that I fall asleep within like 30 seconds of picking my book up.
Point is, I’ve been reading this damn book for 6 weeks. I’m excited to finish it and I get about an hours worth of reading done at the beach. I can’t wait to see how Bourne gets out of this one.
Next, we went back to the Airbnb, chilled out for a bit, I made a business call and then we went to what might be the coolest farmers market ever.
The farmers market was filled with beautiful people, delicious food, and all the freaks and geeks you see in Cali.
We got huge slices of pizza and we went to the beach to sit down and eat.
n case you’re wondering, it was just as big as Lorenzo’s but not nearly as good. None the less, it was still an amazing slice of Pizza.
Now, this is the most important part.
I found what was one of THE BEST GOD DAMN DONUTS I HAVE EVER HAD. HOLY SHIT IT WAS GOOD.
Listen, I don’t mess around with donuts. I’ve been all around the world eating donuts. It’s something I take very seriously.
But this donut right here, 9 out of 10.
Now, we’re about to get caught up on Wrexham.
Tomorrow is our last day and my main priority is to get out Poma’s Italian Deli.
