Copyblogger Masterplan Stage 3.2
Copyblogger Pro is now running smooth. I’m very happy with it. There is lots of room to grow, but I feel good about the product and the process. The team is firing on all cylinders.
That’s all well and good, but there is so much work that needs to be done.
Instead of listing out the entire years worth of projects, let’s start with the most urgent one.
I need to organize our product selection.
Copyblogger has a significant product line of educational content. As I was building the membership site, I needed to put the courses and workshops on the back burner so I could focus on creating the best membership platform possible.
But now that the membership site is running smoothly, I can focus on rebuilding the product line, and building the sales funnels required to sell them.
Here is what I am going to do.
I am going to put all the courses on Podia.
I am going to put all the courses on a subdomain, courses.copyblogger.com
I am going to revamp all of the courses, then go through all the sales pages and make them better. Add media, add video, add more value.
Consolidate all the courses into on easy to use platform.
Create a strategy for sale.
Then sell them.
In the beginning of 2020, when we were selling the courses, the course that sold the best was the Content Marketing course and the Writers workshop. This tells me that at the end of the day, Copyblogger still caters to the writers.
This is good to know and a great reason to continue putting my attention towards helping writers build great brands.
This needs to be done one course at a time.
I’m excited. This is really coming together.
