One of my teammates is named Douglas. He lives in Recife, Brazil. He and I met through mutual acquaintances and have been friends ever since. We’ve never met in person, but I think of him like a brother.

Douglas is amazing. I’ve never met anyone like him. He’s on time, dependable, doesn’t ask for favors, (even though I would gladly do him any favor he asked for) and only submits the highest quality work.
He’s one of those people that does his best, no matter whose watching. He simply expects it out of himself.
Why am I telling you about Douglas?
Well, because today he informed me that he bought an apartment. Not rent, but bought. Working with Stodzy has enabled him to buy a place of his own, to own equity in an asset, and start building the next chapter of his life. I could not be more thrilled for him or happy for him.
He told me that meeting me (and the Stodzy team) changed his life and he wouldn’t have been able to buy his apartment without us.
What Douglas needs to understand, is that we would not have been able to do it without him.
Douglas is a Linchpin. He’s indispensable.
Congrats Douglas. I’m so fucking proud of you. I don’t know if you’re reading this, but if you are, just know that I look forward to building together for the rest of our lives. Love you dude. LFG. 🔥
