Being specific is the secret. And that’s why I have been spending the last few months creating a plan and learning a very specific skillset that I will be using to grow my newest venture.

Introducing The Shop AI
For months, I’ve been brainstorming and planning my latest project. I wanted to announce it earlier, but it was essential to address some personal priorities first.
Now, the time is right. Last week, I launched a simple landing page, and with that, The Shop AI is officially born.
The Plan
For now, The Shop AI is a consulting company. My immediate focus is on client service work to generate consistent revenue and build a foundation for growth.
As of today, the company has reached $50,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Over time, my goal is to transform The Shop AI into a media company, expanding its product offerings to create a larger ecosystem.
This isn’t a new strategy for me—it’s the same approach I’ve used successfully in other ventures. But this time, I’m aiming higher than ever before. I intend for this to be my primary focus for the next decade and hope to dedicate the majority of my personal time to its growth.
The Niche
The Shop AI will specialize in AI marketing.
I’ve spent months immersing myself in AI tools, particularly how they can be leveraged to build businesses, grow audiences, and generate sales. My unique perspective and deep understanding of this space position me as a high-level expert in the field.
AI is at the frontier of innovation, and I’m determined to lead the charge by becoming one of the most sought-after authorities in AI marketing.
The Monetization Strategy
Here’s my plan for revenue generation:
Client Work: Initially, I’ll work directly with clients, applying AI tools to grow their businesses and documenting the entire process.
Product Development: Over time, I’ll expand the offerings, potentially creating an incubator program or a membership site focused on AI marketing strategies.
Equity Partnerships: My ultimate goal remains the same—to position myself as an equity partner in companies, building a diversified portfolio that drives long-term wealth creation.
Why This Matters
Building a company and building wealth are two very different things. While I don’t expect The Shop AI to surpass the earnings I generate from my investments, equity partnerships, and passive income, I do believe this will become my most significant brand to date.
AI is ushering in a new era of possibilities, but many people remain hesitant to embrace its potential. This reluctance creates an incredible opportunity for those willing to lead, adapt, and innovate.
I’m genuinely enjoying this process. Diving into AI tools and exploring their potential has been exciting and deeply fulfilling.
Final Thoughts
Ownership is the path to wealth. My vision of building a portfolio of equity holdings hasn’t changed—it’s the cornerstone of my strategy. The Shop AI is simply the next big step in that journey.
