My friend Darren has been inspiring me lately. His work has me thinking about changing my product offering slightly.
Today, I’ll share my thoughts and we can work through it together.
LFG 🔥
What My Membership Community Is
When I decided to create the paid community in my Substack, the first rule I gave myself was that I couldn’t take it too seriously.
That doesn’t mean I don’t want to do great work or provide a great product. It means I couldn’t obsess over it every day. I had to enjoy the process. If it wasn’t fun, the money wouldn’t be worth it.
Right now, I have that balance. I charge a fair price for a great product and everyone is happy. It’s working. So why change it?
People Are Very Interested in Google Business Agencies
I’m still surprised by how many people want to dive into this.
But honestly, I’m inspired by it.
Anyone who follows me knows that I encourage people to start their first business in the agency space. It’s profitable, has a low barrier to entry, and you have a high chance of success if you stay organized and focus on execution.
On top of that, the biggest opportunity I see is in local SEO. Local SEO is simple, effective, and delivers real, tangible results for clients. It helps you close deals and keep clients because they can actually see the benefits of your work.
It works. It’s just a good idea.
Should I Go All In?
Right now, my membership community is broad. I think people sign up because they like me, they trust me, and they believe I can offer good insight into online business.
But if I narrowed the focus and made the membership about helping people build an agency or coaching business, I could create a specific outcome for everyone who joins. I could develop a real program with tangible results.
What do you think?
Should I go all in on a membership community for agency owners?
The Pros
More specific
A tangible business people could execute
More organized
Helps people generate real revenue and profits
The Cons
It would be more expensive (don’t worry, current subscribers would be grandfathered in)
It would be more structured and serious, which might be a downside because people seem to like the laid-back nature of the community as it is
My Thoughts
I want to make the community more official. What excites me about focusing it on agency building is that I could create a real framework and a clear outcome.
If you’re starting here, I could help you get to the next level. There would be a linear progression you could follow. Right now, the community feels more like a hangout spot with VIP content for people to consume and enjoy.
At the same time, I’m so focused on Quantum Leads right now that I don’t want to distract myself. We’re growing fast and my team is locked in on getting great results for our clients.
But then I come back to the same thought. I’m an expert at building agencies. If there’s one place where I can provide real educational value, it’s here. So why wouldn’t I do it?
Seriously, what do you think? Should I go for it? Or nah?
Love you guys. Talk to you on Monday.
Tim

I want tangible results. Yesterday.
Whatever you do, let's make it happen and do this!
I like Dustin joined because of your focus only a few months ago was on building directories. I left the incubator because I feel you failed to provide value for this subject. I wish you the best in whatever you decide.
