It’s Called Agency Clarity, And There Will Be Three Levels
I’m going all in on helping people get more customers and build scalable agencies. I know how to do this, and I can structure it perfectly.
The community has three tiers:
Launchpad
Incubator
Apex
Launchpad is the entry-level version. It’s basically what we’ve been doing here on Substack. There will be a course on building a GMB agency, plus a course on directory building because directories are one of the best ways to get clients. Launchpad also includes the members lounge (chat) and the AMA, so you’ll still have direct access to me with a much cleaner interface.
My plan is to keep the price at $99 while I finish building out the Local Google Business course, now renamed Launchpad. Once it’s fully developed, the price will increase to $1000.
The Incubator is for agency owners struggling to scale past $10,000 a month. It’s much more involved and includes a specific sales program designed to automate and systematize your agency.
Once you reach a certain point, scaling gets hard. It comes down to the systems and processes you put in place. The boring stuff is what matters most. Incubator members will get full access to a step-by-step program that delivers a very specific outcome.
The cost for the Incubator will be $5000.
Lastly, there’s Apex. I haven’t fully fleshed this out, but I know it will be a high-ticket program that includes a done-for-you sales process.
The plan is to create a program that handles lead generation and scaling for the client. This is still a little ways off, but I know it will cost $20,000 for a six-month program.
The Plan for the Launchpad
This week, my priority is transitioning everyone from Substack into the community. I also realized I need to rebuild the Launchpad course because if I’m going to do this, it has to be higher quality than I originally planned.
It can’t be one of those “pull up Loom and hit record” courses. It needs to be legit.
Out of all the email replies I got last week, one really stood out. The person told me that if I want to create something scalable, I have to take it seriously.
They suggested doing coaching calls. But here’s the thing, I’m terrible at coaching. It’s hard for me to book coaching sessions on my calendar, and every time I’ve tried, I’ve ended up messing it up because my schedule is too unpredictable. That’s not fair to customers.
I took the advice seriously and realized I need to leverage technology. Still, people are going to want coaching sessions, so I’m adding a weekly coaching call to Launchpad. If it gets too busy, I’ll bring someone in to help run the meetings.
Until Launchpad is fully built, the price will stay at $99 a year.
The Plan Is Coming Together
As an entrepreneur, I’m always walking the line between focus and expansion. I believe in focusing on one thing, but I also believe in diversifying income streams.
The problem with going all in is that most things fail. It’s easy to make motivational videos about obsession and focus, but the real world will knock you down. My philosophy has always been 80/20.
Eighty percent of my time and focus is spent on Quantum. The other 20 percent is reinvested into other cash-flowing assets.
Charles is now running The Copyblogger Academy full time, so this is the natural next step for my portfolio. I’m excited.
