Live Update: What's New And Exciting In My World
Things are coming together .. finally.
The Little Dude burst into my bedroom at 4:20 a.m. He didn’t go back to sleep. I’m a bit groggy, and I can’t seem to gather my thoughts for the topic I had planned for this morning’s newsletter.
So, I’m tossing my plans aside and giving you a life update.
I need to get my brain organized.

The House Is Finished
Thank goodness.
Let me be serious for a moment. Home remodeling was far more stressful than we anticipated. Jules and I went into it knowing it would be a challenge, but it still managed to disrupt our lives more than expected.
It threw off the harmony in our home for months.
Thankfully, it’s 97% done. There are a few small things left: touchups in the kitchen, the shower door in the master bathroom still needs to be installed, and we decided to repaint the kitchen.
But overall, harmony has been restored. I think I’ll make a YouTube video of the remodel, MTV Cribs style.
The Shop Has Been Launched
This feels a bit anti-climactic because it’s been so many months in the making.
I’ll do a more official announcement next week since there are a few details to clarify, but it’s safe to say The Shop is now an official, thriving company.
The idea behind The Shop is to fully embrace AI as a marketing tool. So many people are scared of AI and claim it will never replace humans. The truth is, someone who knows how to use AI will replace you. That’s me.
The Shop AI is live. As of now, I’m at $50,000 a month, with $16,000 in MRR waiting to be signed.
99% of My Focus Is on My Clients
This time, I’m doing things differently. I’m not creating an “account management department” or focusing heavily on growth.
My mindset is to only work with clients who already have successful businesses. I want to use my agency to generate deal flow so I can invest in exciting companies and build my portfolio.
To do this, I can’t spread myself too thin. I need to stay focused and provide the level of value I’m known for.
The Incubator Is Thriving
I can’t believe how many signups I’ve gotten since announcing that The Incubator will be hosted on Substack. I’m confident I made the right decision. Even though Substack’s fees eat into my margins, the peace of mind from having everything on one simple platform is worth it.

I’m Becoming a YouTube Star
For real, I’m having so much fun with my YouTube channel. I haven’t felt like a beginner in a while, and I think I’m improving with every video. The response from my subscribers has been incredibly positive.
It’s really fun.
The idea of sharing my experience rather than giving advice is translating perfectly to YouTube. I’m just documenting what I’m learning as I go. People tell me my approach feels genuine, and that means a lot.
I’m closing in on 5,000 subscribers. I’m on a mission.
Life Is Good
Next week, I’m taking The Little Dude to Philly for the Eagles game. We’re going to watch the Eagles destroy the Cowboys. I’ve been to the Eagles-Cowboys game every year for a while now, and I’m so excited to bring The Little Dude with me.
The kids are sleeping moderately well (except for last night). My workouts are going great. I’m eating lots of cookies. And I’m happy.
This was one of the hardest years of my life, and I’m proud of myself for taking it day by day and pushing through the tough times.
Life is a gift.
