Principle # 1 - Reciprocation
This principle realizes that people feel indebted to those who do something for them or give them a gift. A great way to capitalize on this would be to give a free 10% discount code on your site. This will usually convert into a sale of a product.
Principle #2 - Social Proof
If something is accepted by a large number of people or by is considered a societal norm, there is a much greater chance that other people will accept it for themselves. Use social proof by building a large audience or getting a person with status to represent your brand or product.
Principle # 3 - Commitment and Consistency
Keep your word. Being reliable will almost always result in repeat business. In the opposite respect, people will avoid your business if they feel that you are unreliable.
Principle # 4 - Liking
People are more likely to buy from people or brands that they relate to. This could also play a role in terms of physical attractiveness, the clothes you wear, how you are perceived by your peers. People need to like you if you expect them to buy your product.
Principle # 5 - Authority
Authority has to be earned, but having authority translates into exponential growth. It is important never to claim authority but rather display authority. You can become an authority in your field by creating useful content or by speaking at events.
Principle # 6 - Scarcity
This is simple supply and demand. If you maintain that your product is hard to find, then that could equate to your product having more demand and less supply. Do not flood the market with your product and decrease its value.
