My Brain Is Racciiiiiinnngggg
Hey everyone.
Your boy got a full night of sleep last night. I’m ready to GOOOO!!!!
The slogan for this week is the phrase I learned from The Effective Executive.
“Do what needs to be done, not what you want to do.”
What needs to be done is continuous action on building the sales team and the marketing department for Stodzy. I keep having these other ideas about ways to improve and cool gismos that I could incorporate, but none of that really matters. I need to focus on what needs to be done.
What does that look like exactly?
The outreach rep starts tomorrow. I have to wake up early to write my newsletter, then I have a training session with her tomorrow at 7 am. During that training session, we will craft a way for her to write the emails and also how to personalize each email so that it’s not spammy and it is very helpful.
I have to create the video course I am using an a free giveaway that I will send the traffic to I am generating from the LinkedIn ads I am running.
I am waiting for Jules to get back from the lake with the kiddos. When she does, I will take the little dude with me to the gym and I will be sure to focus and perform my workout as best I can.
My priority is to stay focused on my workout, be present, be centered, and be comfortable with the fact that this process will take longer to get this done than I anticipate in my mind.
I will tell myself what I tell everyone on my team.
“Focus on what’s right in front of you.”
K. Have a great day.
