Last night, I mentioned Bojan in conversation.
Bojan is my video editor, he’s the one who edits and publishes my videos on social media, like this one.
Bojan lives in Greece.
Then I mentioned Douglas, he lives in Brazil.
Then I mentioned Dhyvie, she lives in the Philippines.
Then I realized that I have employees all over the world.
How cool is that?!
What an awesome world we are living in, where location doesn’t matter. These people are like family. Jules and I are going to the Philippines for Dhyvie’s wedding. Douglas is one of my closest friends, and I talk to Bojan every day.
The digital workforce has some drawbacks. There are advantages to having an office, and working next to your team mates every day.
But, all things considered, the digital working format we have created is amazing and I love it. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
