Hi Tim . I'm new to the incubator but have been on your list for nearly a year. One thing that it would be great to share some insight on is how you find time to pack in all you do.
E.g how do you find time to play with an ai tool, write a news letter about it amongst running an agency. And having a family.
I have a 9 to 5 and a young family really struggling to prioritise time to start my newsletter (cos to your point it's just about not too late and in 1 year I will wish I started)
Hey. I will say that since having kids, it has gotten much more challenging. I am very lucky that my wife and I are both on the same page with our priorities, so we help each other a lot. However, if there is one "secret" it's going to bed early and waking up early.
I wake up in between 4 and 4:30 every morning. And I don't have an alarm clock. In order to do that, we have to sacrifice the time at night where we want to watch TV and "unwind". But it's a sacrifice we make.
The other answer requires a little more time, because I've spent years building my team and I depend on them a lot. But you have to be intentional about creating a team from the beginning.
Hey thanks for the quick reply. I've been trying to get up at 5am for a while with varying success. Time to redouble the effort then!! That is the only guaranteed uninterrupted tiime and im also most productive in the morning.
Also how much coffee do you drink?.😂. I think with a 4 am wake up I'd be sleeping by about 3pm in front of clients
lol yeah man. I'm sober and don't do any drugs so coffee is my last stand. One thing that also helped me is doing half decaf and half regular. I drink a big mug in the morning and then a half cup around 1.

One final thought on this...does your wife also go to bed early and wake at 4am?
There is no way my wife is getting on board with that !!
