Should We Charge or Should We Keep It Free?
Ethan and I acquired a neat little SaaS tool.
The product is called PlzDM.Me, and it’s a web application that helps you turn your Twitter DM’s into an automated sales funnel.
I love it and I can’t wait to officially release it.
We have been experimenting with some ideas and I would like your input on these ideas to tell me what you think.
Idea 1 - Make the tool a paid product. Charge $9 a month and use the podcast as a way to promote the product.
Idea 2 - Make the tool absolutely free, and use it as a way to collect email addresses so that we can build an email list and monetize in other ways.
I see obvious pros and cons to both situations.
