EVERY night at 2a? Brutal. My older daughter wakes up every couple of weeks (usually before a big day) at 2:30a and it takes her 2 hours to fall back asleep. It's rough.
My daughter used to cry every night like this as well. I was going out of my mind. Someone said to me - put her on the toilet. So I did and it worked. After that I’d make her go before and if she woke up we went straight to the toilet and then straight back to bed. Maybe it could work for you too?
