It’s 7:53 on Tuesday evening. I’m about to head out to pick my dad up from the airport. I’m excited to see him.
He’s going to love it here. He’s not going to want to leave.
Business is good. I’m feeling happy.
I wish I were more consistent with my writing. It’s been a lot of work to do two newsletters a week for TimStodz and to do this weekly masterclass for The Academy, but I’m really excited about it. Next month will be slower.
My Muay Thai is getting better every week. Today I practiced elbows. I still struggle with the Rhino elbow, I lean forward to far when I throw it and I know someone is going to counter me right in the face if I get sloppy with it. But just like everything else, it will take practice.
I am starting to recognize some bad habits as well. I drop my right hand before I throw a punch. I have to start deconstructing it and start over again by throwing it really really slow a few thousand times and keep it by my eyebrows when I throw it.
Okay, I’m heading out to pick up my dad now. Talk to you in the morning. :)
Thanks Tim.
