There are 5 tasks for me to complete each day. They are as follows …
Ice Bath
Wim Hof breathe work
Assign all the necessary tasks to my team (I use Todoist and Loom)
Workout. (On rest days, go for a walk around the neighborhood)
Read and write
That’s it.
For me, it’s not about the intensity or about going hard. It’s more about creating the habit of success through consistent action. For me, repetition is key.
