The Art of Visual Notetaking w/ Emily Mills - EP 61
Emily Mills is a graphic designer turned full time illustrator.
Emily has worked as a graphic designer for 8 years before her childhood dream to be an illustrator came back to haunt her. Emily cares about 2 things: making things look good and communicating clearly. She found she could do that best through illustration, so she left my corporate design job in 2016 to make illustration her full-time endeavor.
Illustrations are one of the most efficient ways to communicate:
Illustrations are recognized in milliseconds and understood in seconds.
Illustration is the human language, transcending language, literacy, age, gender, and location.
Illustrations (especially with people) are more memorable than audio or written content alone.
Can your content do all of that?
Emily has had the opportunity to work with amazing companies and individuals to help them communicate their ideas to their audiences through illustration, and Emily can help you, too. Emily doesn't believe in cookie-cutter approaches for her clients– Everyone has a unique message and audience, so Emily will work with your specific needs to find the perfect visual solution.
