After WW2, most of the world stopped having babies. It’s difficult to raise a family when your country is completely destroyed from war.

The population numbers in almost ever country completely fell off the grid. However, there was one exception and that is the United States.

The war never came to the US. So our country experienced an economic boom with a healthy infrastructure to back it up. Therefore, the US had the baby boomers.

There are / were a lot of boomers.

The demographics of our country (and most of the world) are as such that there are more older people than there are younger people. This demographic collapse will create HUGE economic problems in countries like Germany, Italy, and especially China.

But, in other parts of the world, this has created the biggest business opportunity of our lifetime. Older people have most of the money and contrary to what you think, older people spend their money and are thriving in the new economy.
