As you know, I am building a sales team.
Of course you know that, because I talk about it all the time.
The thing is, I don’t know what else to talk about.
Building a sales team has consumed me. Most of my thoughts are about improving my sales team. It’s the boring work that consumes me because the boring work is what makes the systems run smoothly.
This is why I haven’t been publishing as much, because every night when I sit down to write, the only thing I can think about is the work I did each day to slowly but surely build and improve my sales team?
The boring work doesn’t get the clicks.

I am grateful to have a mentality to focuses on the boring work.
Everyone wants to be a famous YouTuber, but I want to be a successful business owner. The two aren’t the same.
I really believe the difference between success and failure is the boring work. So I will keep the boring work my biggest priority. It’s the thousands and thousands of reps that you do when no one else looking.
