Hey there. Tim here.
What I’m Reading
I’m thoroughly enjoying Never Split The Difference, by Chris Voss. I watched one of his Masterclass courses during Covid and I’ve applied some of the lessons in my sales calls. But the book goes much deeper into the world of negotiation. I love it.
It’s really phenomenal. 10 out of 10.
What I’m Watching
We just finished season 2 of Welcome To Wrexham.
I can’t recommend it enough. Such an emotional roller coaster and as an Eagles fan (we’re more than fans let’s be honest) I fully relate to the people of Wrexham who believe so deeply in their football club.
I get it.
Season 2 was a banger.
What I’m Thinking
This week, Tricia gave me a compliment that meant so much to me.
I’ve been writing about my recent journey to slow down, to allow myself to make small improvements, and to get better at being present.
On our executive call on Tuesday, Tricia said …
“Since you dedicated yourself to building this sales team and really let go of control, you’ve been different. It’s great to have you back.”
Person Of Interest
I actually don’t know who this is. I also don’t know who the people are that are jumping our of their chairs. But this is one of the coolest dance videos I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen anything like it.
You have to watch it.
Final Thought
Life is good. I’m happy. It’s all coming together.
Talk to you Monday.
