I can’t believe how many new subscribers I am getting for The Launchpad.
It’s absurd. I wish I did this months ago.
It’s clear my hunch was right all along. People are interested in starting boring, cash-flowing local SEO agencies. They’re also interested in my model of using that cash flow to build a portfolio of cash flowing businesses and investments.
I can’t believe it. I think I’m really onto something. I feel like I’m helping people.
Today I’m breaking down the ultimate plan for Agency Clarity and the three levels I’ll be offering.
LFG 🔥
This Will Take Time And That’s A Good Thing
I’m learning from past mistakes. One of my flaws as an entrepreneur is leaning on my stubbornness and work ethic to force myself to do more work than I need to or even should.
When I bought Copyblogger, I was so overextended between building The Academy and managing Stodzy that my life became nothing but work.
I could get away with that before the kids were born. It was Covid and no one was doing anything except working.
Now, working two full-time jobs (building Quantum Leads and building Agency Clarity) is not something I’m interested in. The beautiful thing is that I can build this slowly.
That said, my goal is to have the entire platform built by the end of Q3.
Here’s the breakdown.
Free Tier: AgencyClarity.com
The website is simply going to be a landing page where people can see the products and sign up for a weekly newsletter.
However, I’m not going to write a weekly newsletter.
The newsletter will be a series of automated emails that function more like sales letters. When someone signs up, they’re actually entering a sequence that repeatedly explains why they should buy the product.
I have no desire to write another newsletter. My daily newsletter is where I do my writing. The Agency Clarity newsletter will be a set-it-and-forget-it sequence of case studies, examples, links to videos, and straight-up sales pitches.
The content will be high quality, but it will be automated.
🚀 Tier 1: The Launchpad
Tagline: “Start your agency. Learn the skills. Launch your freedom.”
Launchpad is for people just getting started. People who know they want a business but don’t know where to begin.
It will include two courses:
The Google Business agency course
The six-figure directories course
The Launchpad will not include:
weekly coaching sessions
the mastermind
The Climb
The Vault
The goal is to help people reach $10,000 a month in revenue. It’s a complete breakdown of how to perform the Google Business service, how to manage the company, and how to build a basic sales platform.
Currently, The Launchpad is available for $99. Once programming is complete, the price will go to $1,000. A small price to pay for the framework of a six-figure business.
📈 Tier 2: The Climb
Tagline: “Land more clients. Close more deals. Grow your revenue.”
In this tier, members get access to high-level sales training.
I’ll compile all my best sales and marketing knowledge in one place. This is where beginners become pros.
Members will receive:
the full sales training course
weekly group coaching
scripts, frameworks, and roleplay for closing deals
lead generation tactics for SEO, social, outreach, and referrals
The purpose of The Climb is to get you out of working IN the business and into working ON the business.
This product will sell for $5,000 for the six month program, then continue at $297 per month for those that want to keep access to the content, community, and continued learning.
🏛️ Tier 3: The Vault
Tagline: “Turn cash flow into wealth. Build your personal holding company.”
I heard a great line recently that I can’t stop thinking about. My friend Darren said, “The more they pay, the less they get.”
People pay more to solve specific problems. That’s why in this tier, members will get a simple but powerful framework for investing the profits from their agency and using them to build a personal holding company.
My businesses aren’t where I make my money. I use my businesses to generate cash flow that I then invest.
TGS Holdings is without question where my wealth is created. For those serious about building real wealth, I’ll offer a high-ticket program that teaches the true skill of wealth creation: investing.
This program will sell for $20,000.
It All Starts With The Agency
I’m not a tech founder. I’m not trying to be Steve Jobs. I have no interest in raising millions or building the next Facebook. I want to live life on my terms, work with great people, and build an infrastructure that monetizes exponentially without needing me 24/7.
The system I’ve created came from learning thousands of tiny lessons along the way.
Now I’m in a position to pass that knowledge on to the next person so they can avoid all the mistakes I made.
My boring agency still takes up 80 percent of my time, and I don’t expect that to change any time soon.
But because of the skills I’ve learned, I can now travel, take days off, go to lunch in the middle of the day, take my family hiking, and take random trips to different cities.
I have full financial security. I want to pass that on to other people who want the same.
Love you guys. Talk to you tomorrow.

Tim, I'm not sure I really know what a "Google Business Agency" or a "Local SEO Agency" is or who it's for. I have started a Substack and have no idea if either would apply to a newsletter. I apologize for being a dummy on this but could you clarify for me and perhaps other readers? Thanks.
