The Reps
I’ve been training Muay Thai for four years.
In the beginning, my trainer didn’t let me do anything except throw punches and kicks on the bag.
50 right kicks. 50 switch kicks. 50 long knees. 50 switch knees. 50 jab crosses. 100 skip knees.
By the end of it, the session was over and I was completely exhausted.
I’m so happy he trained me that way. I wouldn’t be able to do what I can do now if it weren’t for the thousands of reps.
Isn’t that always the case?
