Update On Outbound
Here are the open rates on my outbound emails so far …
Yes, I realize that it’s only been a few days, but I would have expected to get at least 1 reply. Here’s what I’m thinking …
First, I will continue forward with the standard route where I use outbound email as a way to make new connects and try to book appointments. I’ll organize the people who have opened the email and then send those people more free value.
I want to completely avoid being a spammy outbound email generator. I get these emails every day and you can tell right away that they are bullshit. It’s bad for everyone to do this. It doesn’t help the prospect and it doesn’t help me. What would be the point of doing something that helps no one?
So, on that note, what does free value look like? What does it mean to follow up with value?
Well … for the past two weeks, I have been working on a new course. It’s different than anything I’ve ever done before, because it is a high level course on exactly what we do at Stodzy. Over the last 10 years, we’ve developed a specific process we use to generate leads and phone calls for our clients.
So, I built a course that documents the entire process.
I think giving away this information is a great way for us to build trust. The course isn’t finished yet, but it will be live next week.
You can check it out at treatmentleads.net.
P.S. - I have some finishing touches to make on the landing page, but you get the idea. I think I am bringing something unique to the market place and I hope this will be a catalyst for my sales team.
