Last night, we watched an episode that explains focus.
You’ve all heard news pundits talk about the “loss of attention span.”
“Social media is depleting your attention span.”
“The average human now has a lower attention span than a goldfish.”
Of course this is ridiculous. Our brains still work the same way they have been working for the last 200,000 years. So then what’s going on? Why are we so easily convinced to stop doing what we are doing and do something else instead?
