This is such a powerful message - I especially got the bit about the ‘urgh’ reaction 😂 so familiar. Kudos to your therapist for using such a visual system too - it really makes a big difference to how I understand and remember things. Hoping you continue to have those insights and lightbulbs going forward!

I’ve struggled with the opposite: how to become quieter. My reaction to bullying and my childhood has been to cause quite a stir which comes easily to me. But staying quiet, listening, digesting the lessons. That’s my real work and ho boy does it pay off.

I LOVE that whiteboard approach to therapy, it reminds me of the design process, but instead you are designing your best life. Way to go.
